Some very nice and ultra low carb Pralines or muffins, whatever you you make out of it. Perfect snack for late nights craving for sweets(:
MACROS / Nutrition with soymilk:
- 35g Whey/protein powder or Casein
- 400ml Milk /soymilk /Almondmilk / coconut milk
- 4 g of AgarAgar
- Add Agar agar to the cold milk and stirr well.
- Bring the milk to boil and let it simmer for one minute.
- Remove from the hot plate and stirre in the protein powder in three steps so that you get a smooth result without chunks.
- Add any flavour you like and some sweetener.
- Pour the hot mass into silicon Praline forms or silicon muffin forms and let it cool down for a few hours. – ENJOY!
-> I added one corny light old bar and broke into pieces. The results are some very tasty chunks inside of the sweet snack (:
